You talked to a hearing officer because you need to get your driver's license back. They told you that you had to go to a SUPR approved treatment program and get an updated evaluation.

Well you found one. We can complete your evaluation in as little as 3 days. However, what you didn't hear the hearing officer tell you was that you had to complete the recommendations of the evaluation before you are eligible for a hearing.

Did you do the DUI classes when you were still in court? If yes, it may be possible to get a "treatment waiver" that states that you have already completed all the recommendations that we would have provided for you.  If you didn't do the classes, then we will get you enrolled so that you can become eligible shortly.
