    Illinois DUI Classifications

    So you completed the evaluation and have been recommended to do DUI classes. Illinois has specific rules and guidelines for each level of care. These levels are only applicable to individuals regarding DUI arrest. They are not to be used in any other forms in regards to treatment. These levels are a reference to the public safety risk. Level 1 - Minimum (Level I-M) Prior Arrest History - - This must be the client's first arrest for a DUI (regardless of the outcome in court.)
